Read the previous review and couldn't be further from the experience I've had over the past 6 years with Q3 Realty. The owner has always gone above and beyond for my investments and I have never questioned statements or my monthly check because they come every month as promised. I chose Q3 Realty because I worked with another management company before them and they did nothing but cause me headaches, plus I was always questioning where my monthly check was.

I have been in business for over 30 years and know that some people are hard to please no matter what you do so reading a negative review like this makes me question the person who wrote it.
